The 600w Parbright magnetic ballast is a high output true 600w ballast that will give you excellent amounts of usable light for the power drawn. A lot of budget lighting kits do not come with true 600w ballast which is far from ideal for a number of reasons. The reflector that comes with the Parbright Lighting Kit is a simple yet effective open end Euro Reflector that has a horizontally mounted bulb holder that keeps your (600w) bulb at the centre of the reflector for an even dispersal of light. The bulb supplied with this kit is a Parbright HPS bulb, manufactured by venture lighting (sunmaster). The eurolux bulb has a well-balanced spectrum making it an ideal choice for vegetative growth or flower production alike.
